Using a free form flameworking technique, Arlie Pemberton transforms borosilicate glass (also known as Pyrex) into ever-lasting flowers. Inspired by Hawaii’s flora, paired with the act of making and giving lei - every piece within Arlie’s work is designed in her home studio on the north shore of Oahu where she melts and shapes her glass pua over a 2200 degree flame.
Paired with mongo shell beads and either puka shells or Kukui on the ends to finish, these lei have a modern look. Wear for a special occasion and hang on the wall as a forever lei art piece.
- Each lei is strung on ribbon with a sewn knot finish and measures approximately 33”.
*While kiln annealed for best strength and durability, glass jewelry is not meant to be worn during all of your everyday tasks. Please handle, store and wear your piece with care!

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging with tags attaches and in perfect, sellable condition or may not be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Although we care, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment or return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a credit without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
