Pear syrup by Bacanha is a pure aromatic concentrate of the fruit from the pear tree. Its flavor is unctuous, slightly acidic. Its scent reminds us of fresh fruit. The raw pear syrup will go perfectly with your chocolate recipes or your desserts. It goes very well with the raw Bacanha almond syrup in a hot chocolate.
